Returns , Cancellations & Refunds

1. Returns are not accepted because of the nature of the products

2. We take great care to package our products, however if there is any damaged/ defective or wrong product received, kindly send an image or video to our whatsapp number within 5 working days to get the amount refunded or replaced.

3. Refund or replacement of products are subject to availability of the products. 

4. Cancellations are accepted only within 48 hrs  of order confirmation.

5. All refunds take between 1 to 30 days to reflect in your bank account from the date of confirmation..

Shipping 

1. Standard shipping of ₹80 flat is applicable separately unless stated/mentioned otherwise due to an ongoing offer. 

2. Studio Vilasita is not responsible for the delays caused in the delivery by third party courier companies . We do however, try our best to get your order delivered on time and if in case, a prepaid parcel remains lost for more than 30 days from the date of dispatch, we either refund or replace.

3. Standard Shipping takes about 5-7 days to deliver.

4. Pan India Shipping available.

1. No Two handmade products are identical, there may be a slight difference between the ones used in the catalog for reference and the actual product.

 

2 Plant based ingredients can sometimes cause allergy, patch test is always recommended. 

 

3. Design and Appearance of soaps and other products may differ from the ones shown in the images , however ingredients and properties remain the same. 

 

4. All products are for external use only
